I have been going to Masello's for two years for occasional repairs. Both times I have gone, they have treated me fairly, clearly have tried to reduce my costs where possible, and have always acted in a professional manner. On top of all of this, they are just generally nice guys who treat you as a friend; not just some customer. I will rely on Masello's for however long I stay in Syracuse.
