Gary has done lots of projects for me. I'm a designer, and I use him for all my jobs because they're so good. He and his middle man Raoul are so good.

They do nice, neat jobs. They don't band-aid things-- a lot of people do that. A lot of jobs I go on, you see things electricians fixed temporarily, leaving old wiring behind. Gary's not like that.

If there's something that's not done right, Gary and Raoul fix it immediately. Let's say something got forgotten or maybe a plug was faulty. If it's not working, I call them and they come fix it immediately. It's not like a month later. They take responsibility for all their work, and they understand the work. They can look at it and know what needs to be done.

Gary's very friendly, professional, timely, knowledgeable and you don't feel like you're getting taken advantage of. Gary and Raoul make you feel like they're working for you, not them.
