I have never had any trouble with Hartshorn TV and Appliance in the 25 years that I have been using them. They are a family-run, local business, and we try to use local businesses whenever we can. And they make it easy to go to them, because they will match the big box company prices.

The people at Hartshorn are there to work for you, and will try hard to find you good deals. I will do my homework first, and when I tell them what I'm look for, they make it happen. They also have very good warranties, and will actually honor them.

Everyone at Hartshorn is pleasant to deal with, and personable. The service is great, and I have nothing negative to say about them. I will continue to go there first.
