I was pretty upset when we found out our Engine Caster was bent. I was especially upset when I found out we were going to have to go to a body shop to have it repaired. The Firestone location recommended Jackson's Body shop to us, so I went in there. From the moment I walked in the door, till the time I was finished, I never felt unhappy. They did my quote, and even after it took a little longer than expected and a few parts were needed, they stuck by the quote. The whole time I had a loaner vehicle that they let me use, and they treated me fantastically. When you walk in the lobby they have popcorn and drinks, including capri-suns for kids. I definitely will recommend this shop to anyone in the market, but I hope that I never have to!
