First I would like to thank Fred for his friendly rides from my home to Nerger's. He was the first person I met when my daughter needed me to get her car while she was @ work. Fred is polite, funny and kind. It is great they have this pick up service and Fred is the perfect driver. The mechanics I trust completely. Brian lets you know the repairs needed, the cost and keeps you informed of the status of the repairs. My daughter told me how she liked the work she had done by Nerger's and the next week I brought my Jeep in for service and they helped get it in good condition. The waiting room is very pleasant and CLEAN. Anyone I spoke with was respectful and willing to explain difficult terms with patience. I will continue to tell others about the honest Nerger staff.
