I would like to start by commenting on the overall professionalism shown by EnviroPro. Raymond was extremely knowledgeable and respectful in his dealings with our pest problems, but above that he showed a kindness to my family that I would say is unmatched in most of my dealings with other businesses. When we first contacted him about our situation he was very helpful and came right out to see the pest problems. When I first met him he shook my hand looked me in the eye and showed a real concern for our situation. We spoke for sometime about the options for getting rid of bed bugs and he thoroughly explained all the details and was more than happy to answer each and everyone of my questions. I know he has done a large number of jobs, so to see that it wasnt just a job, that it was also about helping me to sleep at night again, most definitley gained my trust. The day of the Thermal Remediation he came right in, went straight to work, and assured us that it would be taken care of. My family left for school and work. When we came home we had that piece of mind that our pests were gone and were once again able to sleep peacefully.
