I recommend Thermo Direct every day. They fix my heater and my air conditioning and what's not to like about that? The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 is because I don't like giving the top number to anything unless it's plain out obvious.
So, they are pretty good to me. I knew the owner from when he was knee-high to a grasshopper and between me and his dad, we finally talked into going into business and he does do well. He seems to hire some pretty good people and that's in my book real good and real important.
I like the idea of having one person messing with my mess and not a brand new person every time somebody has to come over. it's good.
