Thermo Direct came to do some work for me when my AC stopped working. They didn't do a lot, I think they just had to do some quick fixes to the box and we also purchased some air conditioners from them, I think about 3 years ago. They were friendly and polite and they showed up on time so I will continue using them even now that my husband has passed away.
