I rate them a 4 rather than a 5 because they did not show for an appointment, but when they do show, they are very nice and respectful. The technicians explain everything well, and they were nice to my dog.

I have a service contract with Thermo Direct, so they come put in the spring and fall to inspect my heating and air conditioning units. it has been good. Most recently, they had to replace a part. I was not expecting them to switch out a part and I did not have the money, but they let me postdate a check, which I thought was really nice.
