Thank you for this opportunity to praise the superb work of Mitch and Chris who skillfully solved a very nasty water heater problem here at 10407 Ten Point Lane in Missouri City.

The heater that had failed had not been installed properly. It was such a mess that, even though we had replaced several such units at other residences before, we were afraid to tackle it.

These craftsmen put everything quickly into order, and taught us a thing or two in the process, too!

Everything is great - we're happy, and will recommend Doug whenever the opportunity arrives.
