We bought a house recently and wanted to have the locks rekeyed. John met me at our house within 30 minutes of our phone call. He was very nice and very professional. He took care of all the locks (6 total) in a very timely manner and he even repaired a jammed doorknob that wouldn't rotate. He was great!
