We had a difficult house that required ladder work. Brady, the technician from Reflection Windows, took a personal interest in making sure our windows got done right. We asked him not to use a new hose system that would get water everywhere, so he did them by hand for us. He was timely, courteous, and did an excellent job. He was anxious to please the customer.
