Rick and Ray's Auto Plaza has a knowledgeable, courteous staff, and they do the work in a timely manner. I guess it's mainly just some oversights on the original diagnosis of the vehicle. Some things I think they should have caught and didn't. I realize that sometimes things happen that are unexpected, so that's my only reason for an overall rating of less than stellar.
