Koss Collision Center gets four point nine stars for quality and five for everything else. They did a good job and worked with me on getting the air conditioning fixed. There was a parts shortage which wasn't their fault, but that is what I took one tenth of a point off for. In the end, after they got the parts, they did the job a day faster than I expected, which was good. They did a nice job.
