He just gives you the facts and the options that are available. He always delivers on his promises. The work is done in a timely fashion, and always to the highest standards. In fact, it would not be an exaggeration to say that their work is perfect. They also work well with my insurance company. I highly recommend the company to everyone, and should I need paint and body work in the future, I will be going to Koss Collision Center.
