On my fiance's recommendation, I took my car to Multistate Transmission. It's an ongoing problem, over a recall issue. Tom was great, he contacted the dealer and spoke directly to them for me. My car is still under warranty, so Tom advised me to go back to the dealer because they are still responsible for it.

I would absolutely go back to Multistate, because I really appreciated that Tom took matters into his own hands and did some research and contacted the dealer for me.
