I'd absolutely recommend Multistate Transmission. I've used them since 2011. He's honest and keeps it real. I really like his payment plan because sometimes you don't have the money to pay for each repair all the time. He recognizes that and allows people to put half down, and promise to pay the rest. I've never worked with anyone like that who will fix the car, do it right, and then allow you to pay in installments. I've always kept a rapport with him and I've found it to be rewarding.
