I had a transmission that went, and luckily enough I was able to drive it to Multistate Transmission, which was very close to me. Tom was able to determine what was wrong, and they were willing to make arrangements with me so I did not have to pay the total cost upfront. That was very helpful to me, and helpful to get the job done. They were all very nice and very fair. I was pleased.
