I was very pleased with the service and the communication with me. It was my first time of every dealing with a major car repair. I've driven for 45 years and never hit a deer or had any major damage to my car and I was very aprehensive about having my car in the shop. I was so impressed with the customer service and the genuine concerns for my car and myself.
