I had a refrigerator that was not cooling. I called Goldwing on Thursday, and by Saturday they had the parts in and were coming to fix it. I loved the tech Dean. He was fast and courteous. They showed up on time and promptly. The office staff was very helpful and nice. I had a pleasure speeking with Amber and Alicia, both professional and polite. Wonderful company all around!
