I have been working with Partners Insurance for 3 or 4 years now and I just love them.

The company I worked with previously switched to Partners because we were not happy with the broker we had. With Partners, the communication and service was much better, especially since we were a small company and they are very customer-focused.

When I changed jobs, I brought Partners in because I wanted to continue working with them. It has been a great experience.

They communicate well with our employees and provide them with good service, especially with the new HIPAA laws in place. Our employees can talk to Partners instead of me, which makes them feel more commfortable.

Partners is very easy to work with and they do a good job of explaining to our employees what their benefits are, how they work, and so on. They really hold their hand through the process.

It is great for our employees to have a business card of an actual person to contact at Partners when they have questions. Within 24 hours, Partners has gotten back to them with an answer or taken care of the situation.

This really helps take the workload off of me and it is a benefit to the employees in that they are not spending hours of their time on the phone, trying to talk to the right person.

We have had an excellent experience with Partners. I would definitely recommend them.
