I am a business owner and have been using Partners Insurance since they started. I do not know anyone in the industry as knowledgeable and customer-focused as they are.

When I first started working with them, they interviewed me and got to know my company culture. They do everything possible to meet my needs, realizing that my needs are different from the majority of their customers and somewhat more costly than average.

I feel that they have my best interest and my employees' best interest at heart. They are not driven by commission or discounts.

They know that I am spending extra money because I want a product that is above average. However, the ramifications of some of the expenses are serious to me and my business. Partners works with me to provide exactly what I want and they are accurate every time.

They also are great communicators. They keep me informed about what is going on in the marketplace.
They tell me my options and do not try to short-sell or short-change me.

Whenever I have an issue, they are quick to respond. We just had an issue with renewing our health insurance and they were on top of it.

I am impressed with how customer-driven they are in this day and age, with the turmoil in the health industry regarding benefits. They have continuously met my needs and I continue to be thrilled with their service.

I have already recommended Partners Insurance. They really understand what their customers want and care about keeping their customers long-term.
