First of all, I have never had any issues with Trans-O-Mex. I have a Saab, and usually when I send it to a shop to be repaired, the mechanics find all these minor issues that do not necessarily need serviced right away, which makes me feel they are taking advantage of me as a woman.

When the air went out and my car would not start, I took it to Trans-O-Mex and they did a comprehensive diagnostic. It turns out that the problem was caused by another part being installed improperly by a different shop when I last had my oil changed.
