Appointments mean absolutely nothing

Had an appointment to look at and most likely purchase a vehicle today 1/20/2024.
Obviously our appointment meant absolutely nothing because they let someone else come in and drive the vehicle. That person then purchased it.
Lost our faith in confidence with Cassill Motors and any appointment that will never be scheduled with them ever again.

Hi Amy, I'm sorry for your dissapointment. Under normal circumstances the purpose of the appointment would be to be able to call you if the vehicle sold. In your situation, we didn't know the other person was coming in and they were still finalizing the deal when you arrived. Appointments are very helpful most of the time for us to make sure the vehicle is ready and available, and to give you a heads up if the vehicle sells. I know the situation was dissapointing. I hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your business.
