I've never had better service from any company like this. It all started with a problem with our thermostat and asking the tech why a film kept appearing on all of the surfaces in the house. He explained 'ghosting' to us and then proceeded to check the furnace out. We had holes in our exchanger and feel that there could have been a very bad outcome had this not been checked.
