I would rate Friedmans Appliance very highly. Even through all the changes, they were able to get me the appliances I wanted. The salesperson was excellent.

My experience was very good. They only problem I had was with the refrigerator door not shutting properly. But, the technician who came out to install the cook top and range hood was able to fix the refrigerator door.
