I owe Belmont an updated review considering how negative I was in my prior post.

After having many discussions with the onsite manager, he finally came out to our home and inspected the job himself. He admitted that it wasn't the best job (which makes me think that he thought it wasn't a bad job either).

Regardless, he addressed our concerns and had his team come again to redo the stairwell. He personally came again on this day to examine the job and ensure it was done correctly. For that, I thank Belmont and its management for their commitment in making things right.
