We received terrible carpet that was recommended by the sales person due to a buddy system with Royal Carpet, the install wasvpoorly coordinated seams up the middle of the room, with NO reimbursement for a poor product and very poor installation.
You know our issues, the entire store knows. We have never reimbursed us like Chris said he would . The salesman Chris even admitted that we had bad carpet!!!!! You need to post this and we will be posting this where ever we can.
