I had a transfer case debacle with two mechanics - first rebuilding my transmission that was just fine to begin with, and next a mismatched transfer case issue. Finally after a lot of effort, I found a DriveTrain.com website help page, and gave a call. All I can say is they were unbelievably helpful, did not even try to sell me anything, and helped me for 15 minutes to narrow things down in a way that others - including the dealership, could not. I did not end up needing to purchase another transfer case from them, but if that's what I had needed I definitely would have purchased from drivetrain. thanks again!
