Our furnace went out 2 years ago on a Sunday in the winter time, and my wife called a few different companies to see who could come out. Excellent Air Heating-Cooling was the only one able to come out that day at no extra charge to us, which impressed me. They solved the problem and the price was reasonable.

Since then, we have had Excellent Air come back to check the furnace and, because there were only minor things to be done, they did not even charge us.

Most recently, we had them install a new furnace because the old one was about 15 or 16 years old. The guys who did the installation were very friendly, thoughtful, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up well, even vacuuming the area, and left our home in good shape.

I would definitely recommend Excellent Air. They are extremely fair and their service is always good.
