My wife and I own several pieces of rental property, and have used Family Air to service the air conditioners at two different locations. My wife met Bill at a group meeting, and found him to be a very likable fellow. Several other people in the group had used him, and had only good things to say, so we called him up when we were having issues.

The serviceman arrived as quickly as he could after receiving the phone call. He was very efficient, and did a terrific job at a very fair price. In one case, he looked into the warranty on the unit, and found that it was still covered by Sears. He called them to have the part shipped, and we didn't have to deal with Sears once.

In both instances we have used Family Air, they have diagnosed the problem quickly and corrected it as soon as possible. We have only good things to say about them.
