I've been a customer of Family Air for over 9 years and have an annual contract with them. Recently, I had trouble with the air flow of my A/C unit. Mike the technician came out and after completing numerous system checks, recommended a dye test to find a possible freon leak. On the next visit, a large freon leak was discovered in my evap coils. He told me a qoute would be sent to me for a replacement part, but recommended the unit be replaced, because of the age of the unit. All the technicians have always been very professional, punctual and most of all trustworthy. I would definitely invest in the annual performance package they offer. I have always been very pleased with the great customer service provided from Family Air.
