What a lovely man you have in your employee, Kurt. He showed up right on time looking clean and neat, friendly and very polite. He went right to work trying to figure out why my A/C wasn't working and what he could do until I could have a new unit put in. To my surprise, he didn't charge me a penny, and for that I had no qualms in signing up for a new A/C and heater with your company. My installation was done today by Kurt's son and his helper, also great guys. Thank you so much for the great service. I will be recommending Family Air to anyone who asks.
