I took in three vehicles for new set of tires, alignment, and oil change took five and half hours to complete manager ryan not professional at all. sales guy albert not proffesional at all were laughing because we were upset that it took so long. for the amount that was spent in the store that day did not deserve to be treated the way we were would not recomend this store at all. I contacted Greg at the oracle and grant store was very appaulagetic about the situation I will be going there not where I purchased the tires. I understand when a store is busy but over five hours is totally unacceptable and unproffesional staff is unacceptable.
