I have been working with Universal Floors since around 1999 on numerous jobs. I have found them to be the most professional flooring company I have ever dealt with. If I have a job that requires hard wood flooring, I am going to use Universal Floors.

I have a lot of work that requires matching old flooring or other very intricate, detailed things, and I have done a lot of high end projects with Universal Floors. We just did a condominium build out with medallions and difficult color stains. They are excellent.

I don't think you can find a more professional company. If you want the best that there is, it is Universal Floors. There is Universal Floors, and then there are all the rest.
