Rockville Auto Body was recommended to me by a family member. Earlier this year, I was in an accident. My car was hit and in bad shape. I had it towed to Rockville Auto Body. Mike called me when both insurance company adjusters came and kept me in the loop. My car ended up being totaled. However, I was very impressed with the level of customer service. When I was hit again later in the year (tough luck!), I sent my car to Rockville Auto Body. Once again, they contacted me with updates about insurance visits and also during the repair process. The repair job was excellent! I can't even tell my car was in an accident. Mike and the Rockville Auto Body crew talked me through the repairs and answered all my questions. They have top notch customer service. I refuse to go to anyone else for car repairs. They are now programmed into my cell.
