Just before Labor Day, the rear of my new Lexus hit a rock, and a portion of the bumper assembly was damaged. I brought it in to Rockville Auto Body expecting an estimate of hundreds of $$, with me needing to return and get a car rental. Instead, I was driven by Bruce the owner to an appointment. When I returned two hours later, the RAB technicians had salvaged the damaged parts and refastened the bumper assembly, all for $88. Astounding. No matter the size of the problem, I won't even think about going anywhere else next time.
