Great customer service over the phone, and a technician came over the same morning. I had a few odd issues, and I was advised about different ways to fix them that would be more effective (and cheaper) than using a plumber. And they didn't charge anything for the visit, even though he spent over 15 minutes on site helping me think through how to approach the issues. Very impressive!
