I worked with Woody, the store manager, who was very knowledgeable about all things flooring. I took a few small carpet samples home and narrowed it to two. They had larger samples mailed to me. NICE! WC was by far the best flooring company I got samples from.

Woody measured my room the day after I asked. Another company wouldn't allow me to take a sample home unless the measure guy brought it out. It took a week to schedule.

They were able to fit us in during the busy holiday season and the installers (George and Gustavo) were awesome. They did a few extra things for us as we are a bit on the mature end of the age spectrum.
