I called AM/PM Heating and Cooling because recently, we had a heat spell which revealed the fact that my air conditioner wasn't going to come on. It hadn't been used for 9 months. I called around and everyone else was booked. The guy I used to call, who I really liked working with, his number was disconnected. So, I called AM/PM and they had a cancellation for the next morning and asked if I wanted it. I said yes, of course. They called me the next morning (before the scheduled appointment time) because they were going to be 20 minutes late. I appreciated the phone call. The owner of the company is the one that showed up to do the job. Greg Johnson, the owner, was very nice, professional, and experienced. He knew what to look for and had no problem figuring out what was wrong with it. Fortunately, it was just a fuse. He was able to fix it right there. Although I did think they were a little expensive for just replacing a fuse, I would call them again. He really knew what he was doing and that gave me confidence in his skills. He even took the time to track down the make of my air conditioner since it didn't have any type of name on it. He said he was doing that so that next time would know what to look at if something else should go wrong. It look like I have a new heating and air conditioning guy. I was telling him about the guy I used to call and he knew who he was. He told me that he worked for his company now. Small world. I absolutely recommend this company.
