Very Frustrating
My wife and I run a small business, and we contacted Comfort Zone Air Conditioning, Inc. to work on five of our units. They're a local company so we wanted to use them, but our first impression was not good. There was a lack of response or follow-up. Days went by before we even heard about the order placed or services to be done. It was very frustrating. I will say that the guys were nice. The scope of our problem was to disassemble the splits on each individual A/C unit, thoroughly clean and disinfect the units, and reassemble. During the process, I considered a new fan blower, along with wanting an estimate of installing a UV light to prohibit bacteria growth. I received no information on that. The first day they came out, it was Christian and two other workers. They spent three hours to disassemble and reassemble one unit. They had to come back a second time to work on that first unit because it was put together improperly. They came back and got it running, but I'm highly considering not continuing with them.
