I was referred to Comfort Zone Air Conditioning, Inc. by a friend and that is why I called them. First, let me say that I like Chris and think he's a good guy but there are issues. I have had many services performed by him over a span of time the least of not which was a new air conditioning unit, well over $10,000 of business. I also had an addition put on my house and they held up part of this process. I have had to call them back out to redo work on several occasions. I like to work with and have loyalty to those that I hire but there is a serious lack of communication either by phone, email, or text. It's impossible to get ahold of them when you need to. That is my number one complaint about Comfort Zone Air Conditioning, Inc. is the lack of communication and customer service. They did do a few things for me that was good such as the ductwork for the AC unit. For me, it just boils down to a lack of communication, and the fit and finish of some of the jobs were just below par. Based on that I would not refer them to anyone nor would I use them again.
