I got estimates from 5 different companies for this job. Two tried to sell me larger units than I needed. Three tried to talk me into moving my unit from the attic to a closet, and one tried to talk me out of pulling a permit. Everyone who I was in contact with from Chris, the owner, to Mike and Jose who installed my unit, Gregory, the carpenter who made a new hatch for easier access, and Jessica in the office, were all professional, efficient, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and helpful. I will probably need another unit replaced next year, and will definitely call this company again.
