Kyle has cleaned our carpets a few times now and never disappoints. I have 3 children and 2 dogs, and it is not always easy to keep everyone off of carpets for many hours at a time in order for them to dry. I don't have to worry about this when using JC's Chem-Dry because the carpet dries SO fast. Kyle has actually talked me out of a product that I *thought* that I needed, as he didn't think that it would help me. Most places would talk you into it, even if they knew it wouldn't be beneficial, just so they could make money off of you!
Looking forward to having them cleaned again for the holidays next week!
