I've been very satisfied with everything they have done for us.
We've had them come out to do some servicing on our furnace. They came out a while ago and discovered we had a crack in our heat exchange, which could potentially be dangerous. They worked with us and replaced the furnace for us, and have come out to do the service on that since it was installed. We have been very satisfied.
