I had an issue with my car not starting. The first tow truck company never showed. I called car shield and they got in contact with another company that towed my vehicle to Pep Boys. The Pep Boys service manager told me a had to take my car somewhere else, they would not be able to service my car for several days. I called Car Shield again and they helped me find a shop that could work on my car immediately. They also sent another tow company for me! Midas was able to fix my vehicle and i saved a ton of money on tows and repairs!
