Needed quick service because of leaky sink. Technician arrived 1.5 hours after my initial call. He replaced drain pipe in 10 minutes. Leak stopped.
3 years ago I had an emergency with the bathroom tub. Hot water valve stuck. I turned off the water. Technician arrived promptly thereafter and gave me 3 options. Fixed problem with least expensive (but not guaranteed) option. Have not had a problem with the tub since.
