I have recommended A & B Import Auto to everyone. We have used them for our cars since sometime in the 1980s; it has been so long that I honestly don't remember when we started with them. Currently they work on our Saturn car and Toyota truck. Previously we had two Rabbits, one truck and one car. A & B Auto serviced all 4 vehicles the entire time.

We are really happy with their service. They are prompt, and if there is a problem with the car they take care of us immediately. They also have loaner cars available. I have a mobile vet practice, and when my truck is in the shop I can borrow a truck from them. They have come through in a pinch so many times. They do our routine maintenance of course, but when something actually breaks they get us in as quickly as possible.

I never question their suggestions for repairs. We drive our vehicles until they die. We had our two Rabbits for 16 and 18 years, and the only reason we replaced them was because we couldn't get parts. The Toyota truck I drive now is over 16 years old and has 380 thousand miles without a single major repair. The only thing they have had to do is replace the clutch. The Saturn has 200 thousand miles. They are excellent at diagnosing the problems and excellent at maintaining our vehicles.

They are a nice, friendly shop, and I trust them. If they tell me I need a repair, I will do it without price checking or shopping around for a second opinion. They are also good about telling us when it is time to quit. For our Rabbits, we went through 4 alternators before we found one that actually worked. They told us that the next time there was a repair we should just replace the car because they couldn't find parts. He could have kept charging us for repairs that might not work, but he is very honest.

I highly recommend A & B Import Auto. When people ask me where I take me car, I always tell them to go to A & B. I think they are the best repair shop in town. They are about 15 miles away from me, but they are worth the drive.
