I have been renting one of their properties since April and I have had nothing but good service from them. Whenever maintenance has needed to be done, Manny always calls before and makes sure its okay that he can enter the property and prewarns us of things that are happening. My only complaint I have is when a company showed up to fix our plumbing issues they had to dig to fix a pipe and they just left my front yard a hug pile of dirt instead of even it back out. But thats not the properties fault.
