My heater stopped working last night and I went on line to submit a maintenance request to have it fixed. I was called first thing the following morning by the maintenance department to tell me that the work order was placed with one of their vendors who would be contacting me to schedule an appt. They also offered me a space heater to use until mine could be fixed. I have never had any property management company offer me this type of service. Thanks!
